Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (BALLB) program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualification:

    • Must have completed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
  • Minimum Marks:

    • Candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in the 12th standard.

    OR

    • Candidates must have achieved a grade of “C” or equivalent.

    OR

    • Candidates must have a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale or its equivalent.
  • Entrance examination and/or interview as per university guidelines.

Fee Structure

The total fee for the BA LLB program at Rajarshi Janak University is Rs. 2,30,000. This fee covers tuition, library access, and other academic resources. Detailed fee breakdown and payment schedules are provided upon admission.

Entry requirements

Students with a C grade or 50% obtained at Plus 2 and Intermediate levels are eligible to apply for admission into the program. Eligible students may apply to RJU by filling out an application form. Admission to the program will take place every year. To be eligible for any program, the candidate will need to appear on a written entrance examination followed by an interview. The maximum number of students for BALLB accepted yearly is set to 40 students per year.
