Under Faculties of Humanities and Social Sciences, RJU is imparting the Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor in Law Program (BALLB) 10 Semester program.

Scope of the B.A.LL.B Program

Law remains a highly sought-after field of education, consistently drawing considerable interest from students. Legal education is inherently professional, necessitating a comprehensive understanding of legal doctrines, along with the development of legal skills and an attitude aligned with responding to national requirements. The BA LLB program is specifically designed to cultivate a cadre of legal professionals in accordance with the nation’s needs.

Upon completing the BALLB program, graduates can explore diverse career opportunities across various sectors, including but not limited to:

  • Litigation
  • Law Firms
  • Government Agencies
  • Bank
  • Corporate Offices
Entry requirements

Students with a C grade or 50% obtained at Plus 2 and Intermediate levels are eligible to apply for admission into the program. Eligible students may apply to RJU by filling out an application form. Admission to the program will take place every year. To be eligible for any program, the candidate will need to appear on a written entrance examination followed by an interview. The maximum number of students for BALLB accepted yearly is set to 40 students per year.

Application forms along with a prospectus can be obtained from the office of RJU on payment of Rs. 1,000/- in person.
